Description

It is a 10 storey apartment building with four units per floor with spacious living-dining-family space. Emphasis while designing has been given to maximize the available day light and cross-ventilation. To make it more eco-friendly garden terraces have been catered for in every unit and a roof garden has also been incorporated. Vertical green planters in the common lobby at each level are a part of the design. A gym and community space has been placed on the roof-top.
 
All services are located in the central spine of the apartment.
